Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Noorishing™ Face Serum. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must contain at least three-quarters of its original contents. Completely or mostly used products are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.
